convenient shuttle service well cared for gardens large breakfast buffet outdated room high price plastic water bottle
The shuttle service into town was convenient I used it after dinner. The hotel gardens were well cared for and featured water elements adding to a sense of calm. My room had a large balcony overlooking the pool it was near the dining room. Breakfast offered a large buffet and hot options I enjoyed the quality of the food.
The rooms felt outdated it seemed like they were last updated 20 years ago. The quality of the rooms did not match the price point. The small plastic water bottles created a lot of waste.

The grounds feature a lovely pool area. I found a courtesy minivan was available at all times. The staff were cheerful and ready to help. Breakfast included fresh fruits, breads, and juices.
The rooms looked outdated to me. I think they might be 20 years old. The rooms felt more like a three-star experience. I did not consider the price reflective of the quality.

lovely room helpful staff amazing food prepared meal
i stayed in a lovely room for three nights. the staff were really kind and helpful every single day. the food was amazing!!! every meal was well prepared.
the rooms are slightly outdated, though still spacious.

plastic waste outdated rooms
The complimentary shuttle to the town center was acceptable.
The rooms looked outdated and needed maintenance SOON. There was also a lot of plastic waste because they use tiny plastic water bottles. This was a HUGE problem. The rooms are NOT worth the price i paid.

The villa suite was very spacious. It included a fireplace. Breakfast offered interesting options cooked to order, eggs Benedict and smoked salmon omelette. Staff arranged transfers into the village.
