i found the staff cute and helpful. the room looked clean and newly appointed with a fine outlook. access to laundry was helpful for me on my journey i had access to two washing machines and dryers. the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from several restaurants.
the location is a little far from town. i found the room cold. the bed was not very comfortable.

The breakfast was very basic. I found that disappointing. the selection was limited, and it lacked variety. the room's temperature was difficult to control. it was either too hot or too cold. I could not find a comfortable setting. we also noticed a musty smell in the bathroom. THIS was unpleasant and detracted from the overall experience.

The bed was terrible. I felt every spring since the mattress sagged so badly in the middle, even with underlays. It needs replacing before someone gets hurt.

I was very pleased with the room size. It felt generous. the breakfast selection suited me, a simple yet tasty array. i liked that the hotel was slightly removed from the town center, ensuring peace!
the bathroom fan remained active for about ten minutes after i switched off the light. this caused slight disturbance. there needs to be a quicker shutoff.

The suite included a very spacious layout with comfortable armchairs. the bed was larger than average. there was also a full-length mirror in the lounge. It was a great addition, i think.

Staff demonstrated helpfulness, especially with arranging transportation and giving local recommendations. This added value. the receptionist was very cute upon arrival, i found. the staff responded quickly to a minor issue with curtains.

the room was a luxury king suite and felt super clean. water pressure in the overhead shower was great. the hotel's location is a short drive from town in a quiet area, which i liked. i really appreciated the tips given by the friendly receptionist about local restaurants.
the hotel reception is only open for a limited time each day. check-in was not available until after 3 pm. this made it slightly inconvenient to plan my arrival, especially after a long journey.

Breakfast included boiled eggs, bread, cereals, fruit, and pastries, all offered in great variety. coffee was readily available. The staff ensured it was well-stocked throughout the breakfast hours. the breakfast service operates until 9 am each morning.

the suite included a spa bath and a fireplace it really added to the relaxation. the king bed was comfortable. the room also had really good cleanliness it was very noticeable.
