The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Nabeeh. He checked in with us every morning and evening via text. He wanted to. and had no issues. The staff at Jaafaiy restaurant were polite. They were helpful and always assisted with any specific food or drink requests we had.

The gym hours could be extended to accommodate early risers. It opened a little later than i prefered.

The room was fantastic, it had everything in perfect working order! i noticed kudos to the management for maintaining everything in top condition! Housekeeping cleaned the room twice a day. They made sure it was always super clean.

I planned our activities day by day and everyone was very helpful in assisting us. Our diving instructor, Qawiem. It was enjoyable. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. And the diving was safe.

The room was always super clean. Krishna at Udhares bar assisted us. Mohammed made my birthday special.

The staff moved our luggage at check-out. They did not arrange transportation for us. I tried calling the host under heavy rain, but she responded very late.
