our beach pool villa provided direct access to the fine beach. the villa had comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. the outdoor pool was a great feature. i found the housekeeping services consistently provided super clean rooms each day.
the buggy service experienced delays on several occasions delaying pre-booked excursions.

Mixed feelings About this stay

the island possessed soft, white sand.
the doors to the outside bathroom created problems. They locked from the outside. the doors would not shut properly. Banging sounds occurred all through the night. hot air and mosquitoes came into the room, a real disturbance.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Nabeeh. He checked in with us every morning and evening via text. He wanted to. and had no issues. The staff at Jaafaiy restaurant were polite. They were helpful and always assisted with any specific food or drink requests we had.
The gym hours could be extended to accommodate early risers. It opened a little later than i prefered.

The room was fantastic, it had everything in perfect working order! i noticed kudos to the management for maintaining everything in top condition! Housekeeping cleaned the room twice a day. They made sure it was always super clean.

I planned our activities day by day and everyone was very helpful in assisting us. Our diving instructor, Qawiem. It was enjoyable. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. And the diving was safe.

The room was always super clean. Krishna at Udhares bar assisted us. Mohammed made my birthday special.
The staff moved our luggage at check-out. They did not arrange transportation for us. I tried calling the host under heavy rain, but she responded very late.
