fantastic central stay!
helpful staff perfect location easy access
i had an amazing experience there the staff was super helpful with directions i really appreciated their kindness also the location was perfect near many main attractions i loved that i could walk everywhere from the hotel i will be back for sure
the noise level at night from the street was a bit high it made sleeping difficult i think better soundproofing would help greatly

the breakfast had good variety i tried fresh fruit pastries and eggs i found everything tasty and readily available the dining area was clean plus well kept it enhanced my mornings there.

the staff offered excellent service at all times i needed assistance with luggage storage and they handled it quickly plus professionally i found the reception staff always cute ready to assist.

The staff was friendly and helpful! They even allowed us to store a suitcase while we took a cruise (how awesome is that?).
One day, my room wasn't cleaned. Even though I had requested it (the green light was on!).
