room loudness hostel feeling
the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food (especially if you like options).
i booked an executive double room urban view. the room was quite loud both from outside and from inside. it seemed like staying in a hostel.

underwhelming experience at a supposedly luxurious hotel
constant street noise basic minibar
i booked a junior suite double urban view. the room felt quite basic. the noise from the nearby street was constant. it made sleeping difficult, and the air conditioning unit was very loud too. the minibar was not well-stocked.

convenient location huge selection local pastries
the hotel is situated in a very convenient location. it is close to the port, shops, and restaurants. breakfast offered a huge selection (i especially liked the local pastries).
the shower was a little difficult to get in and out of.

the breakfast included many local delicacies and fresh honeycomb, a nice touch. the rooftop restaurant offered good food with beautiful views. the brunch was amazing, with a wide variety of options.

the front desk clerks were helpful and friendly. they provided restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. i also received a complimentary bottle of prosecco upon arrival. the staff were cute and always ready to assist.

great variety greek items friendly staff pleasant stay
the hotel's location was convenient it was right across from the port and an easy walk to good restaurants and bars the rooftop pool area was a great spot to cool down i especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet with a great variety of pastries and greek items the staff were friendly and professional ensuring a pleasant stay

the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations the check-in and check-out processes were efficient and courteous the breakfast waitress greeted everyone with a warm kalimera making each morning brighter
