underwhelming experience at a supposedly luxurious hotel
constant street noisebasic minibar
i booked a junior suite double urban view. the room felt quite basic. the noise from the nearby street was constant. it made sleeping difficult, and the air conditioning unit was very loud too. the minibar was not well-stocked.

the hotel is situated in a very convenient location. it is close to the port, shops, and restaurants. breakfast offered a huge selection (i especially liked the local pastries).
the shower was a little difficult to get in and out of.

the breakfast included many local delicacies and fresh honeycomb, a nice touch. the rooftop restaurant offered good food with beautiful views. the brunch was amazing, with a wide variety of options.

the front desk clerks were helpful and friendly. they provided restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. i also received a complimentary bottle of prosecco upon arrival. the staff were cute and always ready to assist.

the hotel's location was convenient it was right across from the port and an easy walk to good restaurants and bars the rooftop pool area was a great spot to cool down i especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet with a great variety of pastries and greek items the staff were friendly and professional ensuring a pleasant stay
