little privacy limited wardrobe
The breakfast had lots of choice. A chef was there for cooked breakfast requests.
The room lacked hanging and storage space. I couldn't hang a full length dress, as the wardrobe was about 60cm wide. The bathroom had a screen with slats instead of a door, it provided little privacy.

minimal privacy inconvenient service
The bathroom lacked a real door. It had only a screen with slats. This design offered minimal privacy, a significant drawback when sharing the room. finding someone to order a drink at the bar proved quite difficult, especially in the late afternoon. Locating a staff member often required a trek toward the kitchens. I'd hoped for smoother service , but these issues diminished the experience.

fluffy towels garden view friendly staff
i stayed in a room facing the pool. the bathroom had fluffy towels and toiletries. the bed felt comfortable. breakfast was on a terrace overlooking gardens. there were many choices, and a chef cooked requests. reception staff and bar staff were helpful and friendly.

Some Issues Impacted My Stay
little privacy unprofessional staff
The bathroom lacked a proper door, it only had a screen, and that offered very little privacy. The staff seemed very difficult to find when I needed them. The quality of food was also really disappointing, especially the seafood. It was clearly not fresh. I won't be rushing back.
