amazing stay!
thoughtful touch clean room helpful owner
nigel was so helpful organizing parking i really appreciated it. complimentary oats, tea, and coffee for breakfast were such a thoughtful touch! the room was super clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed after a long journey.

the location is a stone's throw away from the barbican and hoe! it meant everything was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking around this wonderful area, i am so glad i chose this place!

clean room warm welcome short walk
the owner greeted me warmly. i found tea and coffee available, a sweet comfort after my travels. the room was super clean, a simple haven. i appreciated the closeness to the barbican, only a short walk away.
the noise from neighboring guests was sometimes a slight distraction.

adequate but disappointing room
poor heating inadequate cleaning
the location was quite central for what i needed.
the room was not heated properly i was cold inside especially after returning from outside the radiator was not working adequately it needs updating to make it functional the cleaning was also sub par.

great location local spots helpful map soft mattress missing hairdryer weak shower
the location was great because it was close to the seafront. nigel greeted me upon arrival. he gave me a map with local spots.
the mattress was too soft and i slept poorly. the room did not include a hairdryer. the shower pressure was weak too.

great stay near the hoe
convenient location easy access clean room comfortable rest
the location proved convenient , as it allowed easy access to the barbican and the royal william yard. i found it quite easy to walk to different destinations. my room was notably clean and well organized , also , the bed provided a comfortable rest. i received two key sets and a quick room introduction.
i observed slight wear on the linen , indicating it might be time for an update.
