warm welcomes and delicious surprises
warm welcome friendly staff
i received a genuinely warm welcome , which was so lovely after a long journey. the spacious room was impeccably clean. i easily borrowed a corkscrew from the friendly staff for a relaxing evening. the staff ensured all my needs were catered to.

the room had adequate space and well kept. the shower pressure was excellent and there were plenty of fresh towels available. the bed was soft and comfortable.

the continental breakfast was quite good with fresh fruit and cereal available. dinner was tasty. the barman was great. the greek pizza special was especially delicious.

live music occurred and i enjoyed that event very much. the bar area was well-stocked and service there was quick and efficient. i saw regular events being held.

I found the fresh fruit at breakfast to be a lovely touch. the staff was helpful. They were professional and friendly (i especially appreciated the local tips!).

adequate stay with some issues
broken heating poor service
my room was quite cold because the heating wasn't working properly. it was snowing outside and the staff didn't seem too concerned. i told them about it, but nobody fixed it or even kept me updated. apparently, the manager was busy drinking, so customer service wasn't a priority. what a joke.
