the location worked very well for exploring warton crag reserve. a free car park was available at the back, convenient. the english breakfast was included, a nice bonus. the owners seemed friendly, and the room was comfortable.
the shower's water pressure wasn't strong enough for the rain shower feature.

the staff offered a warm welcome and friendly service. the food tasted freshly cooked with a great choice available on the menu. i found the room very clean and well appointed .
The toilet system sounded noisy. It bothered me a little. some areas looked dated, and could benefit from updates. i did not perceive a strong sense of welcome upon my initial arrival.
