I found the staff lovely. The whole ryokan was beautiful! The facilities were clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast brought up to my room. It was a special treat. The location was perfect.
The bathroom could use some updates. It felt a little dated. I noticed some minor wear, but it didn't detract significantly from my experience.
