limited breakfastdisruptive alarm
the breakfast was rather limited, i expected more variety for the price. the smoke alarm in the room beeped intermittently one night, a rather disruptive experience. the lack of provided wash products, apart from a small amount of radox, was also a bit of a letdown.

the manor itself was beautiful, surrounded by gardens i found very charming. my room had double aspect windows, offering great views. the breakfast i enjoyed included tasty cooked options and a good selection of cereals.
The tea and coffee station in the room was quite basic. I would've liked a bit more variety and perhaps a small fridge to keep things cold.

The room featured a super king bed. there were double aspect windows in my allocated bedroom. the gardens were well kept. It was a lovely view (the roses were in full bloom!).
There were no washing products provided besides radox in the shower. the tea and coffee station was not great. i also missed information about breakfast sittings. I had to guess.

Really good Stay in a Beautiful Setting

The bedroom had a super king bed and double aspect windows. The room was spacious and light. The gardens were well kept and provided lovely views. Ann, the host, was fantastic, and she gave helpful information about local establishments. Her cooked breakfasts are plentiful and tasty. I really enjoyed them.
The smoke alarm in my room beeped during the first night. It was very disturbing.

the location is ideal for a short travel. the hotel was clean. the bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept. breakfast was very good.
the tea and coffee station was not great. i was a little disappointed with this.
