faulty equipment damp towels
I found some issues . The fitness center was quite disappointing. Some equipment was out of order. There were no clear signs indicating which machines were faulty. The waiting times for the treadmills were quite long. the towels provided at the pool were often damp and not freshly laundered. This detracted from the overall experience, especially considering the hotel's advertised standards.

the room reeked and they claimed to offer a minibar, but there was none. the staff seemed solely interested in extracting money.
