Fantastic Stay!

I was impressed with the direct access to the shopping center. It made daily errands simple. The rooftop pool offered a great spot for sunset views (I loved relaxing there after a busy day). I appreciated the well-equipped gym, as I was able to keep up with my workout routine with the three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The valet service ended early at 10 PM, requiring me to park the car myself afterward.

The reception staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile (they remembered my name by the second day!). Daniel, in particular, stood out for his kindness and helpfulness , offering assistance with any request.

The breakfast buffet was great, with diverse options and delicious food selections served. I particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner at Taybat restaurant and the excellent food selection. The staff, including Vitika, Umer, and Analyn, were very polite and helpful.

The gym facilities require attention. The lockers were broken and unusable. This was inconvenient and detracted from my workout experience. the room service response was slow, it took an excessive amount of time for someone to answer the phone. THE executive lounge's coffee machines were out of order, limiting the amenities available.

the room was spacious. it included a decent sized fridge and a safe. i found plenty of storage space. the bathroom was large and had a generous shower. i enjoyed the coffee machine with a variety of pods.

the room was missing many items. we did not have enough towels and toiletries. there were no q tips. the ac did not feel very cold.
