The staff had great attitudes and were very helpful. I liked the option of playing in the ocean (the water was so clear). Some basic activities were available for the kids if they wanted something more to do.
The room was smaller than shown in the photos. I could hear people moving furniture a lot. The noise was coming from above us. The cabs to the city center and airport were very expensive, costing 130-160 euros.

The hotel provide a clean environment in common areas which was a plus.
I found my room was smaller when compare with the photos online. There was loud noise above us, like people were always moving furnitures. I informed the reception many times, and nothing changed. The all inclusive restaurants were always fully booked, I could not enjoy what I pay for.

The staff were very friendly. Gregory, Nicolai, and Georgios offered really good service. They were great to make sure I felt welcome, and I can't thank them enough for their service. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel was very tidy. The views were also great. I loved the food.
The room was smaller than what I saw in the photos. The room I booked was a full room and board and all inclusive package though the restaurants were always fully booked. Because of this, I could not take advantage of what I paid for but one restaurant. It would have been nice to know ahead of time to reserve more than a week in advance.
