comfortable bed tea station coffee station basic room bad lighting stained chair
the room was lovely and nicely decorated. the bed was very comfortable to sleep in it. an extra tea and coffee station was in the room, what i found very good. the pub next to the hotel is also lovely.
the room was basic and its needs some refurbishing. a bottle for fresh milk was missing from the room. the lighting in the room were very bad. the restaurant had badly stained chairs.

charming stay close to stansted
helpful staff clean room excellent beer lovely garden
the reception staff were helpful. emily welcomed us warmly and took care of us. our rooms were nicely decorated and clean. the pub provided an excellent selection of beers, and the service from the team was really good. the garden area was lovely and offered plenty of parking.
the room lighting was dim, so the room felt a bit closed in.

the hotel's restaurant serves good food! the breakfast included bacon and toast, though the bacon was a little overcooked for my liking. i did appreciate the variety of drinks available at the bar.

the hotel provides tea and coffee making facilities in the room, including a kettle, coffee, tea, biscuits and chocolate. there's parking available. the building is nice and well maintained, so i felt safe

The building is beautifully situated. It also provides easy access to stansted airport. the hotel is set back from the main road. this creates a quiet and peace all around. there were a few shops and restaurants nearby.

free parking coffee tea no reply room condition
The room was clean ,and I appreciated the tea and coffee. Parking was free and on site. There was a pub next door. I found it very convenient.
I messaged the hotel, but they did not reply. I found this concerning. The rooms need attention , and I found this disappointing.
