mixed experience at best.
cramped restaurant lacking customer service
the rooms were clean.
The restaurant felt cramped. The tables were far too close together. if you had a loud talker next to you, conversation was difficult. also, i did not receive a reply from the hotel to my email. Customer service is lacking!

Relaxing Stay
cute staff clean room perfect steak heated beds
I found the reception staff cute upon arrival. My room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed dinner in the a la carte restaurant. The menu had good choices. My steak was cooked perfectly. The relaxation room's heated beds were a nice touch, and coffee was served there upon request.
The shower head had some limescale buildup (it should be cleaned more thoroughly).

Underwhelming Spa Experience
The reception staff were professional upon arrival. (Jacqueline was specifically helpful!)
The phone was NEVER answered when I tried to book the spa package I had. I had to complain via email just to get someone to call me back, really annoying.

modern television separate sinks rainfall shower
My room included a modern television with several channels. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which i appreciated. I made use of the gym facilities. It has three treadmills and two stationary bikes (i used a treadmill).
The Wi-Fi signal in my room was sometimes weak.
