unavailable barlow temperature
The advertised bar area was unavailable, disappointing as i had hoped for a sociable evening. The room temperature was initially low. the staff did address this issue promptly. It's just a shame that i couldn't fully enjoy the advertised amenities.

the room was super clean and very luxurious. it was also quite comfortable! the bathroom was excellent with extras like slippers. a fridge stocked with wine was a great bonus.
the bar area was advertised, but it was not actually available .

The advertised bar area was not available, disappointing. It seemed like a nice place to relax after a long day. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I noticed some grime around the shower tiles. I was expecting better maintenance in such a highly-rated hotel.

inaccessible areainadequate heating
the room i occupied was not adequately heated, a problem i raised which they addressed. a sociable area, mentioned in the hotel's description, was inaccessible. these issues detracted a bit from the overall experience. one further problem was that i found the lack of elevator inconvenient with luggage.

The room was very clean. The traditional breakfast tasted excellent and featured an excellent continental choice. The complimentary mini fridge offered a nice surprise, I noted. I thought the beds were comfortable.
The bar was advertised as a sociable area, but I found it unavailable . I think the hotel should improve the bar or remove the advertisement.

My room featured shower gel, soap, and hand lotion. I saw clean, wrapped, and sealed flannels provided. A fridge included needed drinks.

The hosts gave thoughtful, little touches that eased my stay. They had beverage options and a fridge with milk in the room. I could also use umbrellas by the front door.
