The room had excellent tea and coffee facilities, and I even got plant-based milk. The shower was a rainfall type. I found it to be a pleasure to use. Breakfast stood out. It was excellent, why I highly recommend this place. The staff accommodated my dietary needs (whole food plant-based vegan).
My room got a bit hot, but thankfully, there was a fan in the wardrobe.

the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. my room included a coffee machine and fresh milk which was a nice touch. breakfast offered fresh fruit juice yogurt fresh fruit and a selection of cooked breakfast options all were of high quality.
the coffee maker in my room did not work properly.

i found no parking facilities. there were only de-caff coffee sachets in my room. the coffee maker did not work.

i found the room not what i expected, it felt very mediocre and not like the pictures online. the view was awful, a big letdown. i thought the photos were misleading.
