The breakfast service included lovely options. Christian, Mauren, and Sebastian assisted with taxi arrangements and airport transfers. I found the location to be quiet with adequate greenery.
My room was next to the road, it had little sound proofing. The heating ran on full blast. There was no AC in the room. The staff attempted to turn off the heat, but it didn't improve much.

I found a concerning issue with the room's ventilation. It felt quite stuffy and the provided fan offered little relief. the absence of operable windows to introduce fresh air was disappointing. additionally, i was surprised to learn i must discard used toilet paper in a waste bin rather than flushing it, a practice i found rather inconvenient.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was so good , with sweet and professional waiters. The hotel boasts clean water fill stations on each floor , which is a nice touch. The building is beautifully decorated , rooms included.
The hotel did not respond to my pre-arrival message about early check-in , unfortunately.
