The location is perfect due to its proximity to a large shopping center and the train station. Breakfast offered a satisfying array of choices and was a great start to the day. I found my room to be very clean upon arrival and throughout my stay.
I had difficulty finding parking, as the hotel's garage entry was not clearly marked with signage.

EXCELLENT Stay NEAR Everything!

I found the location convenient. It's just a quick hop from the train station! The U-Bahn station right outside the hotel made getting around SO EASY. Milaneo mall next door was a lifesaver, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. The staff were Really good too. They were always ready to help and very friendly.
I noticed limited parking spaces available in the garage, which can be a hassle during busy times.

i found the staff to be very helpful i needed some assistance with directions and they were readily available the breakfast had a good selection of items the seating area was clean. the room had an iron and ironing board it was useful for pressing my clothes.
my room was a bit small for my liking it felt cramped with my luggage there was some noise from nearby train stop it was noticeable during the night. the parking situation was not ideal finding a spot took longer than i expected.

the location was conveniently close to the metro.
The staff wasn't great. I felt wrongly accused of something. i asked to see security footage, but they said it conveniently stopped working the day i arrived! it was like they were trying to cover something up and save face. Totally unprofessional.
