Mediocre stay, some issues
gym equipment sauna-like pool
The staff was friendly and helpful, it's true.
The gym equipment look like they are about to collapse. My room had a kitchenette, it's true, it had no microwave. I couldn't even use the pool, it was like a sauna.

Really good Stay
prime location strong water complimentary water
the LOCATION was prime for exploring local attractions. I appreciated the proximity to many Michelin Guide restaurants. The room was very comfy and tidy and the shower had STRONG water output. I especially appreciated the complimentary water provided daily.
The gym needed some attention. It was very BASIC.

the staff helped make reservations and navigate locations with ease. They even brought me on a bike to my food tour which was quite unexpected. Their service certainly were really good expectations.

excellent stay!
helpful staff friendly staff clean room rooftop pool
the staff proved super helpful, very friendly, and always polite. breakfast were nice with many options for every taste. rooms are clean and included a good shower with great water pressure. rooftop pool are cool and refreshing after a long day visiting the city.
the walls are a little thin, so i could hear some noise from the hallway, but it was not a big deal.

the room included a mini-fridge stocked with drinks. complimentary tea and coffee. the bed was very comfortable and featured high-quality linens. air conditioning worked great and kept the room at the perfect temperature.

the staff were attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. they even helped me arrange transportation to the airport with no issues. check-in was quick and easy and took only a few minutes.

the hotel is a short walk from many main attractions. numerous restaurants and shops are nearby. getting around was simple, since taxis are readily available just outside the hotel.

the breakfast buffet included both western and local dishes. i enjoyed the pho and the omelets prepared fresh each morning. plenty of fruit, pastries, and coffee were also available at all times.
