fantastic location, great rooms
updated room main street balcony door
the room was very nice, clean, and updated. i stayed in a building a block and a half away from the main hotel. the walk to the pool existed. the hotel is very close to the main state street. there was lots of activity on the weekend, but when the balcony door was closed, it was fairly quiet.

the rooms are newly renovated and spotlessly clean. the room decor and design is lovely. the beds are hands down the most comfy hotel beds ever. on-site parking is super convenient.

everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. housekeeping was quick to provide extra towels. housekeeping also made sure our room was serviced early. brandon, the bell captain, were really nice too help with luggage.

ocean view comfortable bed friendly staff
the king room ocean view was fine! vaulted ceilings paired with two balconies and the most comfortable bed completed the room. the staff was super friendly..
the gym is a bit small and could use more equipment.

The room provided adequate space and included all necessary amenities. Its proximity to Cabrillo Boulevard proved very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. I found the location ideal. The room was spacious and had all the necessities
The hotel lacked certain amenities I anticipated given the price point. The absence of complimentary water bottles in the rooms was a noticeable omission. I also found the parking fee of $32 per night slightly excessive. The coffee and milk wasn't refreshed

small pool minimal service
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to the pier.
The pool was too small given the number of guests (i had to use a chair instead of a lounger). the service was minimal. I had to drive to my building and handle my own luggage.

The room included a king bed with quality linens. i used the in-room coffee maker each morning. It worked well and was clean.
