the resort had many amenities. the beach was gorgeous!!! the water sports included snorkeling. the staff were extra helpful. there were many restaurants with excellent food. i will definitely come again.

i felt a slight disney world vibe. it was a bit much at times.

the island is near the international airport. a quick 15-minute speedboat ride takes you there. the resort is comprised of three islands. two hotels, a marina, shops, and restaurants are on site. everything is close together.

The resort provided free bikes. It was a great way to explore the island, even at night!!!

I found the buggy service unreliable. I waited 20 minutes in the heat. the all-inclusive package was also confusing, and it was not explained well upon arrival. the app i needed to use felt unfriendly at times!!!

the facilities were AMAZING!!! i stayed in a gold beach villa and it was so close to the ocean. it was so fun! the restaurants had great choices and excellent food. the beach club at the marina had a swim-up bar and poolside restaurant. it was so cool!

The buggy service was sometimes slow. I waited a bit longer than expected once or twice.

the location is connected to the marina. it is connected to another hilton resort and gave us multiple dining options. there were options to use facilities, like a lovely infinity pool and beach areas.

The staff were actually pretty efficient at the dive center. They got us out to the reef without any fuss.

The buggy service was a complete joke. I waited almost an hour once. when i complained, they offered a shrug and a weak apology, like my time meant nothing. plus, finding a lounge chair by the pool was a blood sport. People seemed to 'reserve' them with towels at dawn and then vanish for hours. it's not exactly the relaxing getaway i paid for.
