the staff helped arrange a hot air balloon ride. communication through whatsapp was great. the room had a nice spa bath. the hotel location felt okay all time.
the ceiling seemed unsettled, and i saw sand falling down. this made the room dusty.

The hotel features tasteful design elements with very nice valley views directly beneath the castle. The staff offered amazing courtesy. The breakfast buffet included custom-made eggs and specialty hot beverages at no extra cost. The provided toiletries were of high quality and had a lovely fragrance. I found the location advantageous for exploring the castle and nearby areas.
I noticed some minor dust accumulation in the room. This seemed due to the settling of the ceiling, a possible consequence of the hotel being relatively new. This caused a bit of sand to occasionally fall, especially onto the bed.

The beautiful room included a jacuzzi and a terrace overlooking the valley. Bathroom supplies, a kettle and a hairdryer were provided. The room also had comfortable beds and blackout curtains that ensured restful sleep.

The breakfast impressed me a lot. The buffet had a great variety, the view was amazing, and the staff were very refined. the king room spa bath exceeded my expectations! it felt solidly built, everything was elegant, clean, and in good working order.
