The location was very convenient (it was easy to get around). I found ample on-site parking, a significant plus. Staff allowed us to warm our dinner in their microwave, and we could eat it in the breakfast room.

My duvet cover was quite outdated. It looked faded on the pillows (they looked scruffy). I experienced a pipe problem in the bathroom and it gave off a horrible smell.

the receptionist from moldova was very nice and helpful to me. i appreciated the availability of a kettle and hairdryer in my room. i skipped breakfast to enjoy more rest in my super comfortable bed. it was a twin room i shared with my sister.

i found no shampoo provided and i would have preferred it. the overall condition was outdated, even though the staff were friendly.

the front desk staff was excellent, i appreciated this service. the super nice team and friendly, always going out of their way to assist guests with their needs. the lady at reception was lovely, very helpful and chatty.

the room had excellent lighting. breakfast offered yogurt, toast with jams and jelly's, hot coffee, and whole milk for cereal, a decent start to the day. parking is available free of charge in front of the building.

Breakfast was quick and good, it was acceptable.

The bathroom was terrible. The shower had an awful thermostat that don't work, so cooling the water was impossible. I found only soap, no other toiletries was provided.
