The room featured a washer and dryer. The bathroom included nice amenities. All STAFF was SUPER helpful. The hotel was also close to downtown.
I had a rough CHECK-IN. A pet specific cleaning fee was not disclosed beforehand. The first room's AC was broken, so I had to move floors with my pet and belongings.

i found the staff friendly. ruth at the front desk was especially helpful during my arrival. the hotel has a restaurant. anthony from the kitchen staff was friendly. it.
the thermostat was faulty. altering it did not work. i felt uncomfortable.

The room had laundry facilities. I also found the access code entry system for the elevator and stairs provided good security. The hotel offered free street parking and this was helpful.
The concrete floor felt cold. I found it uncomfortable to walk around barefoot.
