We requested our meal prior to arrival. This made the service prompt. Portions were plentiful, and the food presentation was nice.. The plates were warm. This made the meal more enjoyable.

the staff was so friendly and helpful, i felt welcome. the breakfast was good too, i like they cooked it fresh. i had a enjoyable time.
the stairs needed a good clean, and the carpet was worn, i think they should have cleaned it, and it was obvious.

the locality are ideal, i went on a work trip. the shops are in walking distance, they are very handy. it is also good for the hospital.

loud musiclate night
i experienced a significant noise issue. my room was directly above the bar, so loud music persisted late into the night. i was told the music would stop at midnight, yet it continued until almost 1 a.m. i found it impossible to sleep until it ceased.

The staff was helpful. parking was easy to access. I found the car park spacious. the room included usb plugs and nice towels.
The room was situated on the top floor. I had to carry my luggage up many stairs.

the room was clean. it was spacious. i found everything i needed there. breakfast was included in the price and tasted excellent.
i was not warned about the loud music from the bar below. it played until 1 am. this seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. the hotel was not busy, so they could have used a different room for me.
