Wonderful Hotel Stay

Staff were friendly. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms includes shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The hotel provided plenty of choices for food at every meal. I enjoyed the lovely sandwiches and coleslaw at the snack bar.

The air conditioning did not work in the room. I reported this issue. I hope this is fixed quickly.

The hotel features three outdoor pools, one of them is heated, with available sun loungers and parasols and a playground that includes slides, swings, and climbing frames for children who wants to play with them during their vacation time.

the reception staff were lovely. they were always happy and helpful! rooms are very large. bathrooms have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. soap is also at the sinks. there is plenty of choice of food at every meal. the snack bar offered some lovely sandwiches. there was also coleslaw and fruit.

some furnishings are a bit tired. i know there is a refurbishment scheduled for may 2025, so i look forward to seeing the updates then.

The reception staff greeted me warmly each time i passed. They were always ready to assist and answer any questions. the bar staff were friendly. They ensured drinks were served promptly. the cleaning staff kept the rooms super clean and tidy. the entire team worked hard.
