The breakfast was excellent. I loved the full english and other breakfast choices. the hostess and staff were very friendly and cute, such a nice lady running the show! the room was comfortable, and the location was excellent, quite near the town center. i also appreciated the permit parking right outside.
the bathroom was quite tiny, it was still well-arranged and functional though

Martha, the host, was very cute. the room i had was spacious and it faced the front of the hotel (i enjoyed the view). breakfast filled me up completely. I didn't feel hungry until well into the afternoon (the coffee was great!).
the bathroom was a bit small (but manageable), though it had everything i needed for my stay.

some issues I encountered
high noise levelsstale cigarette smell
I found a couple of things disappointing. The noise levels were quite high. I could hear conversations from other rooms early in the morning, and this was DISTURBING. there was a noticeable smell in the hallway. It seemed like stale cigarette smoke and I wasn't expecting it. I felt this detracted from the overall cleanliness of the place.
