Excellent Location and Clean Rooms
convenient location helpful staff good kitchenette
I appreciated the convenient location. I could easily walk downtown and visit the harbor front. The staff was helpful! I found self parking readily available, a big plus for me. Our room included a very good kitchenette and a big refrigerator.
I noticed some vehicle sounds early in the morning. My hotel room was situated on the southeast corner, so large commercial vehicle sounds were a bit disturbing.

The reception staff was helpful when I needed assistance. They answered all my questions and provided directions. I was grateful for their patience, and. I appreciated this quality of service. They were always ready to assist with a smile.

The hotel offered newspapers in the lobby, which I found convenient for catching up on news. I was also grateful for the self parking facilities. I found a spot without much difficulty. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby, a great bonus for a quick refreshment.

Our king studio was spacious and well-equipped. I found the kitchenette particularly useful. It had a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The room also included cooking facilities, which allowed me to prepare my own meals. This saved me money.

early vacuuming missing towels
the kitchen was equipped well enough with a good fridge so that was acceptable.
the staff started vacuuming at 4:17 am and it wasnt for an emergency. i asked them to stop. also, i found no towels in the room at all until i requested them. this was not great.

great location and friendly staff!!!
friendly greeting convenient parking modern suite comfortable bed
reception offered a friendly greeting, and i paid only $10 to park in a great downtown spot. the suite was beautiful and modern. a full fridge and freezer was included. the king bed was very comfortable, and the big tv was nice. the room was everything was super clean. a closet provided space for clothes.
the shower was a little clogged.

this hotel sits close to city sights. it provides immediate access to beacon hill park. the hotel is near the legislature building and the royal bc museum. the location makes it easy to explore.

the location was acceptable, with access to nearby attractions.
The shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate quickly during showers. This made showering unpleasant.
