the beautiful double room had great views. i saw the staff cleaning the pool daily. the breakfast included a wide array of options.

I loved the coconut chutney i had for breakfast. It was very flavorful. the staff were helpful and always greeted me with a smile. the hotel's location was quite convenient, and it allowed easy access to nearby tourist spots.
The wi-fi was not very reliable. It kept disconnecting often. the hot tub was rather dirty and had an unpleasant smell. the shower temperature was inconsistent. it alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold.

The hotel is nestled in mountains. Mountain views were unfolding each morning. The air felt fresh with many trees. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Staff arranged personalized excursions. They anticipated every need.
The ac unit had cooling issues! the shower made the floor wet. Hot water supply was somewhat limited. Wi-fi connectivity experienced interruptions on the first day.

The staff were helpful and kind. Staff members were chatty and approachable. They handled requests for papaya to be cut and served. They addressed issues quietly and efficiently during our dinner services.
