excellent stay!
spacious roomgood furniturehelpful staffpoor service
the room was surprisingly spacious. the furniture quality was very good. it was cleaned every day. we also had access to the gym. the staff was happy to help us with every request. plus, the location is VERY central and near numerous metro lines.
the hotel did not clean my room every day. the room was not cleaned even on that third day! compensation came as free water bottles.

the hotel is centrally located. it is two blocks from rockefeller center. it is about six blocks from times square and grand central station.

the room included a big 70' tv. it featured a handheld shower head. the bidet included push-button controls for water temperature and pressure. comfy robes were in the armoire.

the location was super convenient with easy access to the subway. the room was quite spacious. it was unexpected for a city hotel. staff members were very kind and always helpful. the front desk was courteous.
the wifi signal dropped occasionally, made streaming a bit challenging. i also noticed the absence of daily room cleaning.

the hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant. but there are many charming brasseries and cafes nearby. each room includes a coffee maker and refrigerator. this makes it easy to enjoy breakfast in the room.
