poor signage
This was inconvenient, especially with luggage. I also found that the hotel only has a breakfast restaurant. For dinner, I had to go out, a bit of a hassle.

the room had great air conditioning. a fantastic shower was included. basement parking is available and helpful. i thought the common areas were beautiful and the breakfast was good too.

the dining area was spot on. the bathrooms are very clean. there is a pool available , and it is open until late. i saw plenty of space for everyone.

The rooms were just perfect, they included sleeper couches. Breakfast was excellent, I loved the variety. The staff, from reception to the cleaners and security, was amazing.

The reception staff was very helpful. They addressed all requests promptly and efficiently. Luggage assistance was quick, and staff members always greeted guests with a smile. They offered warm welcomes. Nhlanhla Mbele REALLY deserves praise.
