Really good Amenities and Service

The hotel has multiple pool and jacuzzi combos. I liked both the indoor and outdoor options. The hotel features a fun arcade room. We enjoyed playing table hockey and pool. The location was very convenient for accessing the South Rim of the grand canyon.

The front desk didn't clearly explain the breakfast vouchers. We had to make multiple phone calls to get bedding for the sofa bed. It took 45 minutes for towels to arrive.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. KIDS eat free at breakfast and dinner. The lobby coffee WAS really good FOR hotel lobby coffee. A restaurant is available on site for guest convenience.

This hotel features a gym, Arcade room, and bowling alley. A gift shop is also available. There are mini stores on each floor for snacks and small necessities. Guests can swim in movie in the indoor pool in the evening.

This hotel is bright. It is also clean. The staff was friendly upon arrival. The 24-hour coffee service was very convenient. I loved the amenities after my long day at the canyon. The hot tub was soothing. The location is a great advantage.
