charming stay!
excellent serviceideal locationhelpful staffcomfortable waiting area
the staff offered excellent service, assisting with taxi and bus information plus reservations. they also helped with opera tickets, which i appreciated. the location proved ideal with its central positioning in the city. i left my bags after checkout and sat in the reading room, enjoying drinks while awaiting transport.
The walls felt really thin. I could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms, a little disruptive.

The staff offered luggage storage after checkout. This allowed continued exploration without burdens. recommendations for local restaurants were accurate. Each provided a delicious, authentic experience. assistance with directions to walking trails proved invaluable. I discovered hidden gems thanks to this guidance.

The hotel enjoys close proximity to key attractions and restaurants. All are within easy walking distance. it's near a grocery store, very convenient for quick needs. i really liked the position, just off the main tourist flow, providing quieter surroundings.

The location was central. Simple room was ok and breakfast was included.
The walls were too thin. I heard everything happening in the hallway and other rooms. This made it difficult to relax. I also found the receptionist rude when I asked about the noise.

the hotel boasted an excellent position close to the center. i found the staff to be kind and helpful. the view from my room was wonderful (i enjoyed seeing the duomo). cleanliness was also very amazing .
i found the room to be somewhat small, but this was only a very minor issue.

breakfast included a nice spread, though i would have preferred more hot and savory options instead of sweets. the breakfast area was kept very clean, and staff ensured it remained well-stocked during service hours.

the hotel is just a short walk from piazza del campo. its location is near great restaurants, a grocery store, bars, and a good gelato shop. i found it very easy to explore the city from here.
