Oh my gosh, the breakfast buffet ROCKED! so many choices, even for a picky eater like me. the staff was super nice. They help me with directions to local hotspots. my room, it was HUGE! i love big rooms. it had a seating area and a desk. Great for spreading out my souvenirs.
ugh, the gym was a letdown. it only had one treadmill and it was out of order. i want to sleep, you know? the rooftop bar wasn't open when i wanted to grab a drink. that makes me sad.

The staff members were helpful. I appreciated the English skills of the reception staff. Breakfast included fresh food. The food was lovely. The hotel is in a quiet location with easy access to Miraflores and the coast.
I noticed, the shower only has half a glass door. It was hard to avoid getting water everywhere.

The staff helped me leave my bags all day. I returned later to change and head to the airport. The staff provided great recommendations for local food and attractions. They were thorough.

The included breakfast was great. The hotel had a secured entry. It. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful!
The bedroom was very cold. No heating was available. The receptionist only offered another blanket, it was insufficient. The shower had only half a glass door. It was hard not to get water everywhere!
