Acceptable stay at the lake
friendly staff terrace view clean room free parking poor tv channel selection balcony issue
The staff was friendly and had big smiles. The location was superb (really cool). The room was clean and nice with a terrace. Free parking was included in the room price.
The tv was facing a balcony. It was very hard to watch from another view. Almost all channels were German only. (i prefer local channels)

I stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room Garden. The room had a minibar with complimentary drinks. The hotel provides free parking . I used the gym. It had modern equipment.
The television had limited English channels.

the rooms were lovely and modern they each had a balcony the breakfast had a lot of variety it was super delicious the parking was free which is always a good thing
the hotel is a little out of the centre the shuttle service provided is excellent however it is chargeable the pool area is lovely it has great views but is small the hotel and bedrooms were clean

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
spacious room great view helpful staff available parking
I appreciated the spacious room with a great view and working AC. The staff was helpful and bartenders prepared the cocktails carefully. I enjoyed the breakfast and its great spread. The hotel offered available parking so I could easily walk to the lake and nearby city.
The hotel is not as clean there was small insects in my room

Breakfast included a variety of choices including gluten free options and fresh juice I appreciated the fresh orange juice machine available to use. The buffet dinner featured local red and rosé wine by the glass.

Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the stay and very accommodating. I was greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival and I found the team helpful. Monica and the team were especially friendly.

The room had superb views and it was impeccably clean with well maintained gardens. The room included a balcony and I found everything to be well maintained . I had a comfortable and spacious area.
