clean room helpful staff great location small shower lukewarm water broken door

the location is close to the train station and the ferry terminal. sightseeing spots are nearby so we could visit the villages around the lake. the staff is helpful. the room is clean.

The shower was a bit too small. The shower doors were coming apart. the water was lukewarm. i found this disappointing.
