The location was AMAZING! It was perfect to move around. The staff spoke French, English, and Spanish! Extra points for that. The room was very nicely laid out with a great window overlooking the street. Decoration was very nice. The bed was very comfortable.
The room was a bit tiny.

the location is great and the staff are great, i loved that stephanie took the time to share the best places with me. she was superb and very cute. i have traveled a lot, and she is the best receptionist i've seen in years. the rooms are well maintained too.
my bathroom was really small. there was almost no space to leave a small toiletry bag near the washbasin! the shower was quite big. but it would be hard for a taller person to get into it.

the city's hot spots are right near the hotel, everything is pretty much within walking distance. the hotel is in the city center, right amongst cafes and restaurants!

There were additional drinks with pastries in reception. breakfast was excellent. the hotel provides provision of water, coffee, tea, and snacks in the lobby. It's amazing.

excellent location and service!

the staff spoke english and offered a warm welcome. the room had a nice view of the main road. the bed felt so soft, and the pillows helped me sleep well! everything was really clean, and even the hairdryer worked perfectly.
the floor on the landing wasn't cleaned . tea and coffee facilities seemed poor, so i bought my own. i also asked for milk and only received powdered milk.

the hotel has a smart design and is very functional. a private boiler is present in each room with free tea and infusions, a nice touch. usb ports worked well for charging.
