the 24-hour reception provided constant support. communication was easy using whatsapp. parking was arranged with a nearby garage, offering valet service. the room was clean, the tv worked well, and the breakfast had many choices.
soundproofing was not great, so i could hear some noise from other rooms.

the staff answered questions promptly. they provided recommendations to local spots. check-in was quick, and the staff handled a request to store luggage. they were helpful during the entire stay.

the hotel is easy to reach. staff were very friendly. breakfast included a lot of food options. the room was bright and clean. the bed offered a firm surface.
i could hear neighbors through the walls. discussions were audible, even with low voices. the street outside was noisy as well. this noise affected my rest.

the staff was helpful enough.
the room was too warm, even after i tried adjusting the central heating, i found it quite uncomfortable. also, street noise was noticeable, even with the windows closed. garbage trucks and other noises disrupted sleep, and opening the windows wasn't really an option.
