the room was spacious! it was a superior double or twin room. breakfast had a lots of options and fresh espresso. the front office staff helped me book restaurants.
the noise in the hallways were very disruptive. it was noisy late at night and very early in the morning. this was very annoying.

the breakfast offered a great variety of sweet and savory options. the room was spacious and clean i found the bed quite comfortable. the location is convenient with the city center within walking distance.
i noticed the shower in the bathroom only had a curtain. it was difficult to prevent water from spilling onto the floor during showers. the minibar in the room was not working it got resolved on the second night.

The staff were very friendly and efficient (Alberto at reception was particularly helpful). The two ladies at the restaurant made every effort to please. The rooftop pool facilities were immaculate. I saw someone cleaning every morning. The hotel location is pretty convenient, being close to the center.
