The staff is polite. The room was comfortable and so clean. The bathroom was spacious. The amenities are wonderful!!!

The hotel is far from the city center. I found that public transportation was not easy. I had to use Bolt taxi service. The coffee at breakfast was terrible.

The location is convenient, near a metro stop and not too far from the city. My room was clean. The staff's friendliness stood out, and they were always ready to help (a big plus!). I particularly enjoyed the breakfast selection. The variety ensured everyone found something they liked.

I found that the hotel lacked a dedicated bar area. This made socializing a bit challenging, as the restaurant was the only available space.
