billing issue repeated problem
The staff were generally helpful, offering assistance when needed.
I was charged for an extra meal that I did not have. I have seen similar comments from other guests. This seems to be a repeated issue with billing practices.

amazing views and really good service
fine view friendly staff spacious room chilled bubbly
the location has fine views . the staff were friendly and helpful with every request. our room was spacious and looked super fresh, it provided the perfect place to relax. a chilled bottle of bubbly greeted us on our arrival, it.
the breakfast was passable , but it could have been better.
