The location is near the town center and the cable car. This provides easy access to the beach area. The suite included a terrace with great sea views. The hotel offers helpful staff and local suggestions.
The hotel did not refund the second night after cancellation. This was due to a medical emergency.

great shower comfortable bed superb breakfast efficient service
the hotel offered a superb breakfast with a wide european variety. the rooms had comfortable beds and efficient showers. i found the cleanliness excellent. i appreciated having sofas available in the evening for relaxation.. it was a plus for enjoying a glass of wine.
the road leading up to the main part of town is somewhat narrow.

I found the location convenient, very near the heart of town. it was also close to the cable car that runs down to the beach area. the staff provided local suggestions and were accommodating. They were always ready to assist. breakfast happened on a patio. it came with a beautiful view.
I found the hotel a tiny bit rundown. The ac unit in my room was fairly loud.

bad cold unfriendly staff
the location was acceptable, close to the cable car.
the room AC was right above the bed. it blew directly on us CAUSING us to get a bad cold. the staff were NOT as friendly as other hotels.
