The staff proved helpful when I asked for directions. They gave me clear instructions to the nearest tram stop.
I was not happy with the noise level. Streetcars ran right outside the hotel and it sounded like they were IN my room. Sleeping was nearly impossible (i wonder if i'll ever catch up on that sleep).

the staff was very cute and helpful! the restaurant seemed fabulous. i appreciated the extra welcome touch with a local port and sweet.
the designers ruined it. the over the top modern design in the guest rooms does not fit. i don't believe the designer ever stayed in a hotel!

fantastic locationhelpful staffkind hospitality
the hotel's location was fantastic. it was very close to public transportation and essential amenities. the staff, especially david, were helpful with our luggage. i really appreciated their kind hospitality.
The only very slight issue i encountered was the tram noise at night. It was a bit noticeable.

my room was completely renewed with a contemporary style in an historic building. it was big enough for a couple, with space to feel amplitude. the bathroom had separated wc and shower.
