refreshing pool peaceful atmosphere excellent breakfast small room crowded restaurant late cleaning
the pool was a refreshing escape i loved the gardens around it they created a peaceful atmosphere it was easy to relax there the staff was attentive. i found the location quite convenient it was easy to explore nearby attractions. the breakfast had some excellent choices the restaurant itself was very pretty i enjoyed the views.
our room felt a bit small it was hard to move around. the room cleaning happened late in the afternoon.

no recognition difficult parking system
the breakfast was fine, but nothing amazing. it was acceptable.
the car park team showed no recognition even on day 3. also, no one knew how the overflow car park system worked! it was a struggle to get my car out. it shouldn't be so difficult to manage parking.

helpful recommendations daily water fountain dining area tasty breakfast
The staff helped me park the car and offered helpful recommendations. A bottle of water was given per person daily which I found convenient. The dining area includes a fountain, it was like a show during meals. Breakfast had tasty options and a good variety.

The courtyard restaurant has an very nice setting and a fountain. Showcooking occurs at the table. Breakfast included a buffet with delicious options, this was really convenient.

The staff spoke perfect English, they were so eager to help. I asked them for recommendations, they were helpful. The staff also assisted me with parking the car, appreciated.

central location good breakfast beautiful building broken elevator overflowed sink parking view
the hotel is located centrally near the main plaza. it is convenient to access shops and restaurants from there. the building itself looks beautiful. the restaurant offers a good breakfast.
the elevator was out of service . i had to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs. the bathroom sink did not have a stopper, so it overflowed. there was a view of the parking area from my room.

underwhelming stay, issues with room assignment
incorrect number leaking toilet
the location was good because its in the city's main square.
The number of guests was incorrect during our arrival. i had to show my confirmation to avoid an overcharge. the room they initially gave me faced a pigeon loft. It was dark and the toilet leaked. after complaining, we got the room we booked, but it wasted two hours of my time and no compensation i receive.
