The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations (i especially appreciated their patience). our upgraded room was a treat, providing extra space to unwind after long days exploring. i also found the proximity to the metro station very convenient. It made getting around so easy. breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh pastries that were quite delicious.
It felt cramped when carrying luggage.
