Excellent Location and Convenient Amenities

The hotel is very close to the JR Hamamatsucho Station and Metro Daimon Station (a short walk). Staff provided umbrellas when it rained. They also called a taxi when needed. Luggage storage was available before check-in, this service was quite convenient.
The bathtub drain was clogged. This caused some minor flooding in the bathroom.

The front desk operates 24-hours, assuring assistance at any time. Staff members were pleasing (i appreciate it!). They assisted with various needs. They also provided umbrellas during rainy days, very helpful.

convenient location family mart curtain stain bed hair
the location was near two different stations, specifically daimon and hamamatsucho. family mart was also just a short walk away (very convenient for snacks!).
the curtains in my room had a noticeable stain. i also found a couple of hairs on the bed and pillow when i checked in, which wasn't ideal.

The location was convenient to multiple train lines. THE bathroom was tiled and a decent size. I found the bed comfortable.
The room was very basic and small. I could hear noise from the corridor. I thought the price was high for what I got.
