The room i received was nothing like the pictures online , it was a small double room balcony , and felt much smaller than advertised. the bathroom was cramped , barely enough space to turn around in. breakfast was a letdown . The coffee tasted weak , and the selection felt very limited , especially considering the price. the walls seemed thin , i could hear noise from other rooms.

The room provided tea and coffee, also a fridge. The room was clean and rather spacious. The hotel is near shopping and sightseeing areas in the heart of the city! Excellent transport links are available.

The bathroom was quite small. This may pose an issue for some guests.

The room included nice bed linen and comfortable pillows. I slept soundly. The room was large and quiet and offered an excellent place to rest after a busy day. Guests can expect a clean and well maintained space.

The breakfast buffet provided an assortment of options! I found it nice and complete. Though i did not have dinner at the hotel, the dining area was well-kept and inviting. The breakfast area was clean.

The staff demonstrated kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay! the front desk staff was helpful. They were very friendly. Staff members spoke english very well, communication was very easy.

i found the room clean, and its size felt adequate except for the tight space between the bed's side and the wall. the fridge held coca-cola and beer, a welcome surprise. i enjoyed having a kettle with various tea options and a balcony overlooking the city.

the multilingual staff was consistently friendly. the team at the reception was very helpful when i asked them a lot of questions after i checked in during the afternoon, which i appreciated.
