mediocre stay, improvements needed
dated bathroomsagging mattress
the room was not up to par, it felt quite dated! the bathroom fixtures looked like something from the seventies, and the toilet's ventilation made a rattling noise. the mattress sagged considerably. also, some magazines that i had left on the table were still there upon my departure, i think that is just NOT what you expect. the location is great, but attention to detail is seriously lacking.

restrictive menutedious coffee
the new breakfast concept felt a bit restrictive. i had to order from a set menu. getting exactly what i wanted proved difficult despite my requests. the coffee also required individual orders, which i found tedious.

the location is in the center near the lake. breakfast includes many options. the staff was friendly and helpful. i got a suite balcony lake view room, it was very spacious.
